During its 64th plenary meeting from 4 to 8 March 2019, the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities adopted three country-specific opinions under the implementation of this convention in states parties. The third cycle Opinions on the Netherlands, Georgia and Montenegro were adopted on 6 and 7 March 2019 respectively. These Opinions are restricted for the time being.
