On 31 January – 4 February, the Advisory Committee on the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities held its 74th plenary meeting via videoconference. The Committee approved its draft opinions on Slovenia and North Macedonia, both of which will now undergo a confidential dialogue phase with the State parties concerned before being examined again and adopted at the May plenary session.
