Becoming a Member of the Network - Membership criteria
 

If you are interested in becoming a member, please ensure that you meet the following criteria, which have been carefully outlined to uphold the standards and objectives of the network:
 
  1. Professional Experience: Applicants must be practicing lawyers with at least five years of experience in cases involving violence against women and domestic violence and admitted to the bar in one of the Council of Europe member states.
  2. Location: Applicants must reside in a Council of Europe member state.
  3. Language Proficiency: Applicants must be fluent in at least one of the official languages of the Council of Europe (English or French).
  4. Commitment to Values: Applicants must respect the confidentiality of discussions and adhere to the values and principles of the network, which will be outlined in a document currently in preparation.

If you meet the above criteria and are interested in joining, please fill out the application form below. Applications are reviewed by the Violence against Women Division, and you can expect a response within one month.
