The Council of Europe's Raoul Wallenberg Prize was awarded yesterday by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Marija Pejčinović Burić, to Neva Tölle, for her commitment to preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence, in a ceremony held at the Palais de l'Europe in Strasbourg.
