Training Seminar: Mapping Support Services for Victims of Violence against Women in line with the Istanbul Convention Standards

Council of Europe is organising a one-day training seminar which will present a Council of Europe methodology and tools for mapping support services for victims of violence against women.
The training event will:
- present the Council of Europe standards, notably the Istanbul Convention, on support services for victims of violence against women and girls;
- train participants on how to administer and use a methodology and tools for mapping support services for victims of violence against women and girls;
- identify and promote promising practices on support services;
- strengthen cooperation and synergies between state authorities and NGOs and with action at national, regional and international level to map support services for victims of violence against women and girls;
- facilitate and create networking opportunities;
- contribute to the implementation of the Council of Europe Gender Equality Strategy 2018–2023.
