Within the framework of the European Union and Council of Europe joint programme "Horizontal Facility for the Western Balkans and Turkey 2019-2022" and its action “Fostering women’s access to justice in Turkey”, the Council of Europe Programme Office in Ankara initiates a call, a competitive bidding procedure, for the provision of short-term local consultancy services to provide technical assistance and capacity development of relevant stakeholders in Turkey.
The purpose of this call is to create a pool of interested local consultants with the relevant background and work experience in the areas of women’s access to justice, women’s human rights and gender equality to support the implementation of the action.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File and fill out the requested “Act of Engagement” form while attaching the “Documents to be provided”.

Selected consultants will be consulted at a later stage, on an as-needed-basis. The consultancy work may start immediately after the tender is finalised and contracts are signed.
