The Council of Europe project “Combating violence against women in Ukraine (COVAW)” is launching a call for proposals with the aim to co-fund national projects in Ukraine to raise awareness on the implementation of the Council of Europe standards, in particular the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combatting violence against women and domestic violence (the Istanbul Convention).
The call aims to support the implementation of national initiatives by non-governmental organisations in Ukraine. Selected NGOs will implement projects to raise awareness on the Istanbul Convention itself, and/or standards as regards combatting violence against women and domestic violence.
Deadline for submission of offers is 13 June 2021 (at 23:59 Kyiv local time).
