Following their first meeting in Paris on 31 January 2023, the working group on the preparation of a framework curriculum for the training of young journalists and journalism students on “balanced reporting on sensitive issues” met for the second time in Istanbul on 30 – 31 March. The working group gathered journalists and professors of journalism from Armenia and Azerbaijan, Georgia and Israel.

The meeting was organised in the framework of the Council of Europe’s Confidence Building Programme.

The next meeting of the working group is foreseen in July 2023.
