The books and periodicals in the Council of Europe's former Central Library were entrusted to Strasbourg's National and University Library (Bibliothèque nationale et universitaire de Strasbourg (BNU)) in 2009. The bibliographic records for these books are available in WebCAT (select "Central Library" in the list of libraries before searching). To consult or borrow the books, kindly contact the BNU.
