Most of the Council of Europe's official texts have been digitised. These electronic documents can be viewed by all users online by using the search tools on this site.

Non-digitised physical archives can be consulted on site, by appointment only.

Loans

The Archives' main responsibility is that of preserving documents. Consequently, archival material is only lent to museums or other cultural institutions under certain conditions.
