Two training seminars to control operations in the digital environment were held on Friday 3 and Tuesday 5 March, in visio conference.

The lawyers, IT engineers and members of the Moroccan National commission for control of data protection staff in charge of control were thus able to benefit from the experience and tools developed by the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) to analyse web sites and particularly the use of cookies.

They could also address the topic of the terms and conditions of the big digital companies on the basis of an investigation of Microsoft contracts carried out by the EDPS.

These seminars were organised in the framework of the Neighbourhood Partnership between the Council of Europe and the Kingdom of Morocco for 2021_2021 benefitting from the support of Liechtenstein, Norway and Spain.
