As part of its technical assistance, the Council of Europe of Europe gathered representatives of Moroccan anti-corruption authority and focal points of technical cooperation from 11 to 13 November 2014 in Rabat (Morocco) Of the Council of Europe to work on the basic concepts in the fight against corruption. During this course, a full day was devoted to the management of conflicts of interest.

The seminar, which brought together officials from the Central Anti-Corruption Authority and the CoE focal points for anti-corruption cooperation, brought together 34 participants. It was opened by Mr Abdesselam Aboudrar, President of the ICPC, and together with Mr Tilman Hoppe and Mrs Marijana Trivunovic, experts from the Council of Europe.
