A Council of Europe expert carried out a scoping mission to the Tunisian Anti-Corruption Authority (INLUCC) on 11 October 2016, to present the principles of lean management and their possible application to INLUCC. Lean management aims at enhancing efficiency and quality by creating a culture of continuous improvement, and strengthening organisational efficiency by reducing any waste of resources and fostering a customer-oriented approach. CoE expert exchanged views with INLUCC Chair and managers, in order to better understand the main challenges INLUCC is currently facing in the performance of its duties. 

A follow-up workshop addressed to INLUCC staff will be organised in the upcoming months involving practical cases and exercises to streamline and optimize team management practices and processes in INLUCC.
