The new joint programme of the European Union and the Council of Europe "Project to support independent bodies in Tunisia - PAII-T" was signed on 21 December 2018 for a period of implementation of 36 months (01/01/2019 - 31/12/2021).
The Economic Crime and Cooperation Division (ECCD) of the Council of Europe will support the Tunisian Anti-Corruption Authority “Instance de bonne gouvernance et de lutte contre la corruption (IBOGOLUCC)” in the implementation of anti-corruption reforms in Tunisia. For this purpose, a first exchange of views was held in Tunis between the Project team, beneficiary institutions and stakeholders in order to discuss and agree on the workplan.
Immediate activity priorities were also identified for the Inception phase.
