Following an initial training to introduce the methodology of the Council of Europe in the field of risk assessment and compare this method to that used by the ICPC in the framework of its activities, it was decided to apply the method to an other sector. At the invitation of the ICPC, the Ministry of Foreign Trade agreed to implement this method to its advantage. A questionnaire was sent in April 2014. The questionnaire was sent to experts who were able to go to Rabat for a series of interviews.
