According to Article 6 of the Law on the European Convention on Information on Foreign Law and its Additional Protocol, the Ministry of Justice and the Office of the Prosecutor General, if necessary, are entitled to conclude supplementary agreements with the competent foreign authorities regarding the languages to be used for providing the information stipulated in the Convention and the Additional Protocol, as well as the coverage of expenses related to the provision of such information (see: https://likumi.lv/ta/en/starptautiskie-ligumi/id/463-european-convention-on-information-on-foreign-law).
