The Committee of Ministers has entrusted the CCJE for 2026 with the preparation and adoption of an opinion for the attention of the Committee of Ministers on the topic of the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in judicial decision making. The draft opinion will be submitted for adoption at the 27th plenary meeting of the CCJE on 4-6 November 2026.
