The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on “Support for the improvement of the execution of the European Court judgments by Azerbaijan”.
In that context, the Project is looking for local short-term consultants for the provision of intellectual services to support implementation of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) case law and judgments by Azerbaijan. For more information, please see the Tender File and the Act of Engagement (in English).
Interested and qualified candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File and submit the requested “Act of Engagement” along with the required documents (CV etc).
Deadline for submission of applications is: 25 January 2023, 18:00 (Baku time).
