Programme Women's Activities

The North-South Centre, with its unique “quadrilogue” governing structure and intercultural dialogue approach, acts as an effective regional platform for cooperation, dialogue, partnership and solidarity by bringing together the CoE´s expertise on women´s rights and gender equality, best practices and experiences and the ones in the countries of the southern and eastern Mediterranean region with the aim to achieve an effective women’s empowerment.
