Council of Europe/UNESCO Convention: How to Check Ratifications and Signatures
The Council of Europe’s Treaty Office maintains a constantly updated overview of signatures and ratifications of all Council of Europe Conventions, including the Council of Europe/UNESCO Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education in the European Region (Lisbon Recognition Convention).
To check the ratifications and signatures of the Lisbon Recognition Convention, go to the Treaty Office Web Site, search for ETS 165 and then the chart of ratifications and signatures.
This is a procedure in several steps, but it is important to follow it since it is the only one that will give you a constantly updated overview. If you bookmark the table of ratifications directly, with a longer address, the bookmark will remain fixed on the date on which you bookmarked it and not be updated. If, for example, you look up ratifications today and then bookmark the direct link, what you will get every time you use this link is the situation as of today, even if you use this link half a year from now (provided the link does not expire, in which case you will get a blank page).
