Implementation of the Bologna Process in Georgia

(Tbilisi, Georgia, 8-9 November 2005)

The Council of Europe co-organise a seminar with the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia on the implementation of the Bologna Process in Georgia. The main issues addressed included the elaboration of a national qualifications framework, programme accreditation, recognition of prior learning paths and the progress report on the implementation of the Bologna objectives in Georgia’s higher education system.
The seminar gathered ministry officials, representatives of higher education institutions as well as student representatives.
