The South East European network for Qualifications development held its fourth meeting in Istanbul on 15 and 16 September 2011. 8 countries from the region presented the situation regarding Qualifications frameworks. Some countries are in the process of self certification (Romania) or referencing and self certification (Croatia); some just start the process. All material presented during the meeting as well as the reports of the different working groups are available here.

The meeting was evaluated very positively as offering a space of exchanges and common reflection to common challenges.
