24.01.12 Mr Ruelle explains the role of the Committee to the Parties of the Lanzarote Convention and the priorities for the Committee for the forthcoming years. He also emphasises that the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe has an important role to play, and explains how the Lanzarote Convention can make a real difference in providing protection for children.
