Reports
The European Language Portfolio was developed over a number of years and was launched in 2001, along the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), which it complements.
In the early phase, pilot projects were conducted with over 30,000 learners – in a range of member states and with international bodies – and interim reports were regularly developed.
Seminars were regularly organised for the (national) ELP contact persons, which were hosted by member states.
