Bologna by country Here you can find information on different systems of higher education in Europe for all countries party to the European Cultural Convention as well as the national reports on the implementation of the Bologna Declaration, for all countries who have so far joined the Bologna Process. Information on the systems of higher education in Europe is provided by the ENIC-NARIC network and on the implementation of the Bologna Declaration through the web site for the Leuven/Louvain-la-Neuve Ministerial Conference in 2009.
