The President of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe, Ms Claire Bazy Malaurie, made a statement and participated in the Public seminar on “Resilience and preparedness of civil society in the face of crises”.

The President also took part in the exchange of views on “The human rights situation and challenges to civil society and media in Georgia”, as part of the Item on the honouring of obligations and commitments by Georgia, as well as on “Challenges to civil society and independent media in Hungary”, part of the Item on honouring of membership obligations to the Council of Europe by Hungary.
