Mr Eirik Holmøyvik, member of the Venice Commission in respect of Norway, participated online in the exchange of views on the situation in Georgia held by the Rapporteur Group on Democracy of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (GR-DEM) on 9 September 2025. Mr Holmøyvik presented the recent work of the Venice Commission.
The meeting at the GR-DEM is the follow-up to the exchange of views on Georgia held at the 1522nd meeting of the Ministers' Deputies on 11-12 March 2025.
