At its 145th Plenary Session, the Venice Commission had on its agenda five Opinions concerning five countries (Latvia, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Ukraine), as well as the Update of the Rule of Law Checklist, a Report and an amicus curiae brief.
The Venice Commission elected Ms Marta Cartabia (Italy) as its new President.
