The Council of Europe’s Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS) runs the Database of Alleged Corruption Cases in Sport (DACCS). EPAS is looking for a provider for the provision of consultancy services to update DACCS by processing and analysing specific information on corruption cases from the dataset supplied.
