Back Two Days Conference on "International cooperation under the European Convention on Human Rights"

Two Days Conference on

The University of Liverpool is hosting a two-days conference on “International Cooperation under the European Convention on Human Rights: Sources, Limits, and Enforceability of State Obligations”.

On 15 October at 17:00, Judge Mykola Gnatovskyy (European Court of Human Rights) will deliver the keynote speech, “The Cooperative Infrastructure of the European Convention on Human Rights: An Article 3 Perspective.” The conference will conclude on 16 October with a plenary discussion featuring Judges Mykola Gnatovskyy and Vasilka Sancin (European Court of Human Rights) and the organisers. The keynote and all Friday afternoon panel discussions, including the plenary, are open to the public; the plenary will also be streamed online.
