Several copies of each of the following materials were published under the EU-CoE Joint Project on Strengthening the Capacity of the Turkish Judiciary on Freedom of Expression. Those materials were disseminated to the Justice Academy of Turkey as the main partner institution, Constitutional Court, Court of Cassation, Council of State, NGOs, Ministry of EU Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Union of Turkish Bar Association, all bar associations in Turkey, academics and activity participants.
