The third Working Group meeting on the development of the HELP model online course on the protection of human rights in the armed forces was held in May 2021. It was organised under the Council of Europe Project “Human Rights and Women in the Armed Forces – Phase II” and successfully followed two previous meetings of the Working Group held in November 2020 and February 2021.

During the meeting the international consultants responsible for drafting the course presented the latest versions of the modules, which are expected to constitute the core of the promoted course. Together with the HELP secretariat, the Project team, and the e-learning designer, the consultants discussed and finalised the contextual components of the course. The HELP model online course will be finalised in autumn 2021. It is expected to be launched in 2022.

The Project “Human Rights and Women in the Armed Forces – Phase II” is implemented by the Council of Europe within the framework of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Armenia 2019-2022. Action Plan level funding is provided by Germany, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Sweden.
