Update on the registrations of youth organisations with the EYF

To apply for EYF grants, youth organisations must be registered with the EYF as per the EYF Operational Regulations. This means that organisations need to make a request to register, fill in a form and provide documents, such as their statute and report of activities.

Registrations are currently suspended until end of July 2026 due to the change in the EYF online granting system.

Meanwhile, we invite youth organisations who are not registered with the EYF to consult the model registration form, and collect the needed documentation for submitting their registration.

The new online platform of the EYF will be: support4youth.coe.int. This platform will be available as from 3 August.

As soon as the new online grating system will be available, organisations will be able to submit their registrations which will be swiftly processed.

This process does not impact the account of organisations already registered with the EYF, who will be able to access the system as soon as it will be live.
