The payment of the last instalment of Eurimages’ support is subject to the receipt and approval by Eurimages of final certified costs for each of the co-producers. 

Since 1 January 2021, audited final production costs and financing plans must be submitted to Eurimages using a standard form. This form has now been updated to make it simpler and to include an explanatory note.

Audits whose preparation had already started using the previous version of the form will continue to be accepted.  However, as from October 2025, producers are requested to ensure that they provide this new and simplified version of the form to their auditors.
