On 14 February 2017, the PRECOP II” project held the first workshop on “Inspections at municipal level and their impact on the regular business processes”. This event followed up on the workshop on Typologies of corruption, which took place a day before.

The workshop was attended by representatives of Federal and regional Business Ombudsman Offices of four pilot regions and eighteen other regions, as wells as high-level representatives of executive and legislative bodies, legal firms, and business associations of the Tyumen region.

The workshop served to present and discuss with all relevant stakeholders main findings and recommendations of the draft Study on inspections at municipal level and their impact on the regular business processes, prepared by the Council of Europe experts with input from the members of the Working Group.
