The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe is implementing the project “Building democratic participation in the City of Mostar” as part of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Bosnia and Herzegovina 2018-2021.
In that context, it is looking for Provider(s) for provision of international consultancy services to support the development of a tailored methodology of deliberative process as well as to support the development of trainings on citizen-oriented, responsive and accountable approaches in policy making.
The expected start date is 7 September 2020. The deadline for tendering is 25 August 2020.
