On 22-23 September, the Director General of Human Rights and Rule of Law, together with the Department for the Execution of Judgments, carried out a mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the context of the execution of the Sejdić and Finci group of cases concerning electoral discrimination.
The delegation met with the Minister of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the representatives of all the major coalition and opposition political parties represented in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and with the representatives of the international community in the country. The Committee of Ministers is expected to resume its examination of these cases at its 1545th meeting (December 2025) (DH) at the latest.
