The Committee of Ministers has adopted the following recommendations and resolution on 22 October 2025 at the 1541st meeting of the Ministers’ Deputies:
- Recommendation CM/RecChS(2025)23, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 11 September 2024 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case European Organisation of Military Associations and Trade Unions (EUROMIL) v. Portugal, Complaint No. 199/2021.
- Recommendation CM/RecChS(2025)22, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 17 October 2024 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case European Federation of National Organisations Working with the Homeless (FEANTSA) v. Belgium, Complaint No. 203/2021.
- Resolution CM/ResChS(2025)3, concerning the follow-up of the decision on the merits adopted on 5 December 2024 by the European Committee on Social Rights in the case Fédération SUD Santé Sociaux v. France, Complaint No. 226/2023.
