The complaint was registered on 18 November 2022. It relates to Article 24 (the right to protection in cases of termination of employment) of the revised European Social Charter. The CCOO trade union confederation alleges that the situation in Spain constitutes a violation of Article 24 of the Charter both on the issue of the adequate compensation in case of unfair dismissal and on the issue of the right to reinstatement, in the absence of compensation for the damage effectively sustained.
The complaint was registered on 16 December 2022. It relates to Articles 5 (the right to organise) and 6 (the right to bargain collectively) of the revised European Social Charter. EUROMIL alleges that Defence Forces representative associations in Spain do not have full trade unions rights including the right for military personnel to form and join such organisation, in breach of the above-mentioned provisions of the Charter.
