The European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) is holding its 355th session in Strasbourg from 18 to 22 May 2026.
This session will focus notably on the examination of national reports for Conclusions 2026 (revised Charter) and Conclusions XXIII-1 (2026) (1961 Charter). The ECSR will also continue to deliberate on a number of collective complaints.
In addition, the ECSR will examine the draft reports on the non-accepted provisions of the European Social Charter in respect of Bulgaria and Ireland.
On 19 May, the ECSR Bureau will hold a meeting with the Bureau of the Governmental Committee.
