Social Rights

The European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) is holding its 354^th session in Chișinău from 16 to 18 March 2026. The session is taking place prior to the High-Level Conference on Social Rights of the European Social Charter (Chișinău, Moldova, 18-19 March 2026).

During the plenary meeting, the ECSR will discuss the draft targeted questions to be addressed to States Parties for the reports to be submitted by 31 December 2026 on the Charter provisions belonging to Group 2 in view of Conclusions 2027, as well as examine the draft report on the non-accepted provisions of the Charter in respect of Montenegro.

The ECSR will furthermore discuss the Parliamentary Assembly Recommendation 2304 (2026) – “The 65th anniversary of the European Social Charter: social rights as the foundation of resilient democracies and social justice”.
