The Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe (EPA) is pleased to welcome Ireland as a new member State.
On 20 May 2025, Ambassador Caitriona DOYLE, Permanent Representative of Ireland to the Council of Europe, informed Mr. Alain BERSET, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, of Ireland’s decision to join the EPA.
Ireland is the 43rd member State of the EPA, as of 20 May 2025.
Ireland is crossed by four Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe: the Viking Routes, the European Cemeteries Route, the European Route of Industrial Heritage, and the European Fairy Tale Route.
