Back Call for tenders for the purchase of intellectual services (local consultancy)

The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “Protecting the rights of Armenian children in post-war context” aiming at protecting child rights, with a particular focus on unaccompanied and separated children, especially displaced children form the Karabakh region. The project is implemented from 1 January 2024 to 30 September 2025.

In that context, the Council of Europe is looking for the provision of local consultancy services in the area of children’s rights, including children’s rights in migration context to be requested by the Council on an as needed basis.

Deadline for submission of applications is 22 April 2024 23h59 CET.
