- Description
- The Steel House (Stahlhaus) at the Törten Housing Estate is a major Bauhaus monument. The House was built following the design by the painter and Bauhaus master Georg Muche.
The Steel House belongs to the Bauhaus Dessau Foundation and nowadays serves as the information centre for the Törten Housing Estate.
The Steel House at the Törten Housing Estate is an Individual Site of the European Route of Industrial Heritage.
