Benin, Fiji and Kiribati acceded to the Convention on Cybercrime (ETS No. 185).

Benin acceded to the Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime, concerning the criminalisation of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (ETS No. 189).

The Czech Republic and Sierra Leone signed the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime on enhanced co-operation and disclosure of electronic evidence (CETS No. 224).

Georgia signed

  • the Fourth Additional Protocol to the European Convention on Extradition (CETS No. 212) and
  • the Second Additional Protocol to the Convention on Cybercrime on enhanced co-operation and disclosure of electronic evidence (CETS No. 224).

The Republic of Moldova signed
