The Council of Europe is currently implementing the Project “End Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse@Europe Plus (EndOCSEA@Europe+)”. The EndOCSEA@EUROPE+ project aims to strengthen actions to prevent and combat Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (OCSEA) across the Council of Europe member states with particular focus on the following countries: Georgia, Montenegro and the Republic of Moldova for the period 01/09/2023 to 31/08/2025.
The Children’s Rights Division of the Council of Europe is implementing the project.
In this context, the Council of Europe is looking for consultants for the provision of international expertise as specified in the following Tender File and Act of Engagement:
- Carry out legal analysis, desk and field research, and drafting of legal documents to support the improvement of legislation and policies concerning OCSEA;
- Carry out and develop training and support for criminal justice and legal professionals;
- Develop tools and trainings for non-legal professionals on OCSEA.
