The PC-OC Mod, working group of the PC-OC, held its 26th meeting on 25-27 September 2018. Agenda items included the examination of a draft recommendation on the transfer of sentenced persons, of draft guidelines on the provision of information to Parties requesting extradition on the detention or measures of restriction imposed on the person sought as well as an update of the index and summaries of relevant case law of the ECtHR.
