The Council of Europe is implementing a project “Ensuring child friendly justice in Georgia: preventing and protecting children from violence including in the digital environment.” The project aims to support legal and policy reform in line with the Council of Europe’s standards, raise awareness on child sexual exploitation and other forms of violence, as well as build capacity of the relevant professionals to respond effectively to child abuse cases including in the digital environment.

The Office of the Council of Europe in Georgia is looking for providers for the provision of international consultancy services on various aspects of child friendly justice.

Is there an exclusion level the applicant shall follow?

There is no exclusion level for this tender, the bids will be assessed accordingly to the Terms of Reference and respective scoring and proportion for the financial/qualitative part.

Are trainings and other services envisaged to be held in person?

The trainings and other services are envisaged to be facilitated in person, should the local conditions allow safe deployment.

What is the working language for consultancy services?

The international consultancy shall be provided in English, however, working language for local consultants is Georgian and English.
