Head of Office of the Council of Europe in Sarajevo, Ambassador Drahoslav Stefanek, met with the new Commander of EUFOR, Major General Reinhard Trischak, on courtesy call, on Tuesday, 6 August 2019.

Head of Office of the Council of Europe in Sarajevo informed the Major General Trischak about the current activities of the Council of Europe in Bosnia in Herzegovina. During the meeting, good cooperation between the Office of the Council of Europe and EUFOR were emphasized. Major General Trischak reiterated his commitment to the maintenance of the safe and secure environment and his willingness to cooperate with relevant stakeholders to achieve this.
