Deadline for submission of tenders: 1 March 2024
Within the scope of the Project “Support to a coherent national implementation of the European Convention on Human Rights and facilitating execution of ECtHR judgments in Bosnia and Herzegovina” national short term consultancy services shall be procured.
Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File and fill out the requested Act of Engagement form in English while attaching the “documents to be provided” as prescribed in the Tender file.

Deadline for submission of tenders is Friday, 1 March 2024, 23:59 CET.
Tenders must be sent to the Council of Europe electronically. Electronic bids shall be sent only and exclusively to [email protected] with the subject line « Tender- national consultancy ». Tenders submitted to another e-mail account will be excluded from the procedure.
Questions regarding the tendering procedure shall be sent at the latest 5 working days before the deadline, until 23 February 2024 (including), and exclusively to the following address: [email protected] with the subject “Questions - national consultancy”.
